"We bought our solid oak dining room furniture 22 years ago when the company was Tom Sealy. It has served us over those years very well. We have not had one problem with any of the pieces. We use it all the time and the finish has held up very well. A large China hutch with glass front top doors, a bow front cabinet, a large table with 4 leaves and 8 beautiful chairs. It is in an early American style. I read the January 14, 2018 article in the Washington Post and was so happy to hear that you, Gat Caperton, saved this wonderful company! "I am very disappointed with the furniture quality at Gat Creek. I bought a dining table and six chairs and in under a year one of the spindles broke on one of the chairs. After sending them a photo they said it's not under warranty. Terrible customer service! We have only used the dining set a handful of times. What kind of solid cherry snaps under normal use? This is ridiculous and a waste of money. I expected better!"

"Talk about Solid Wood. I am in love with my Gat Creek Table and 8 chairs. Problem is 8 chairs is too many for my 60x60 table. I want 2-24x60 tables just the same style, that I can use on the Holidays when all my kids come home. The rest of the year I can use one behind the sofa, and another in my entry.
