"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! First they ripped off my prior acrylics mechanically vs chemically like most places til they bled!!! Then they charged me significantly more than the posted charges for unknown reasons. Stay away!!!!"

They charged me $50 for a fill & I wanted a coffin shape & I got almond shape.. the lady made 3 of my fingers bleed.. she was rude & took a 1 hour & 30 mins to finish my nails… none of my fingers are the same length & they are crooked. Only if I didn’t have somewhere to be I would’ve made her or the other lady redue my nails."

"This is me and my family’s first vacation to Virginia and our first time at this nail place. They were extremely rough with making our fingers bleed for the manicure and burning my skin for the fill. Then when it comes to pay 3 of us got gel nails and we paid 40 dollars or higher and it was just gel nail polish when the other girl that was with us paid 50 dollars for a fill. Why is gel nail polish just as much as a fill??? Also charging 40 dollars for telling one of our girls that they can’t do the design so she just did one color!!"
