"The school itself and all the teachers are wonderful. My son learned so much and his teachers we love them. The director however is completely cold hearted but pretended to be so caring. I was givin a gift from the basking ridge church. They donated a month for free for my three year old to have school paid for one month. I have cancer and I had until January 4 th to have my son paid up until. The director decided outta nowhere to tell me that because my optional flu shot wasn’t done that he could not return to school even though the priest paid up until the 4 th. Shame on her!!!!! She should have noticed that since day one when I handed her all the immunizations record. She said she could not allow him to return. We’re moving on the 8 th and she just would not let him finish up. Then she sat in the office one day to tell me my son needs to be evaluated and that theirs something wrong with him because he doesn’t speak as much as the other kids. There is something wrong with her. Not my son. I hope her boss is reading this and fires her. What a heartless cold hearted person. Without her the school is by far the best. So are the teachers. She ruins this place. I was never so insulted and heartbroken when she took the last few days of my donation away. I will be going to a new school."

"Great pool great fitness center and all in all well run outfit with good people. However, they could expand and add to their gymnasium and also enhance their Internet banned with and speed. The Internet is sketchy and spotty at best and with no cell reception. it makes harder for streaming content while working out. This needs to be fixed."

"Excellent facility that is always clean with helpful and friendly staff. The machines are always in good working order and the instructors leading group classes are knowledgeable and energetic. The GSHY has been at the center of our family's fitness for 20+ years and have always had an excellent experience."

"Just about everything. The staff is great - very friendly and helpful. After a long hiatus, they remembered my name and face. Impressive I needed assistance with a piece of equipment that I never used. I asked a wellness staff member and they stayed with me and assisted me with the machine (flexibility test on e-gym). I am impressed with the class offerings and the skill level of the instructors. I am impressed that the Y is always looking for new ways to help the community and maintain the best wellness equipment. Kathleen B."

"In the last 25 years I belonged to six different YMCAs in 2 states. This Y is heads above those others and compares favorably to university gyms I have visited such as the Sonny Werblin at Rutgers and the Leach Center at FSU. Check out the web site for all amenities but I have enjoyed the rock climbing wall and the children's pool where I bring my kids. Also the onsite cafe has fabulous coffee drinks (be careful not to add back all your calories burned). Finally I love the centrifugal bathing suit dryer, haven't seen one of these since Rutgers."
