"Very bad experience with them. a customer for 4 years never missed a payment. Had a higher credit score this time around and couldn't get the amount I asked for. When it was time to close waited over an hour then received a call saying we have to close the next day because the underwriter couldn't be reach. Loan was suppose to fund day of closing and it didn't not even the next day. Got a response to call them, called and left a message and never heard back from them! Since posting my review I was offered another loan promotion and even though I had more income, Conner from the Bridgeville Branch still turn my loan offer down only asking a few questions. Can’t help but to think it’s because of the one star review I left. I went from a preferred customer to not being able to qualify with a higher credit score and more income!!"
