Reviews of Spa #1 Nails
"I will never come here again- I got a gel manicure its been a week and its already peeling. I usually go to get my nails done else where and they were busy so I tried this place. bad mistake. The "great" experience started once I sat down. The women gave me a bowl to put my hands in without cleaning it from the person before me. She questioned my color choice because its a pale color and she didn't want to put a 3rd layer on. By the end of it my nails looked like I painted them myself- which is not a compliment. I will never come back or tell anyone to come here. very disappointing."
"Recently went here and had a terrible experience. Me and my friend wanted a nice outing and came to get our nails done by professionals, however they were not done professionally. My friend wanted a powder ombre and the ombre did not blend and was terrible executed. The technician then decided to argue with her about what nail shape she wanted and that her nails were ombre when in fact they werent. The manager gave her 20$ off but she still left out disappointed and had to repay to get her nails fixed. They dont know what theyre doing, they need help."
"Customer service is terrible, quality and longevity of finished product is terrible, and they refuse to stand by their work and refund payments. Never going back to this place. Employees are unfriendly and rude. The manager is even worse. Thought I'd give this place another shot after my first displeased experience thinking I was just being harsh... NOPE, they truly do suck. I took my then 3 year old daughter for a treat on mother's day to spend some quality time and get our toes done. The employee placed us in the pedicure chairs after we picked our colors. My daughter was just getting her toes painted (again, she's 3 and im sure that stuff would have irritated her skin) I was getting their basic pedicure. Shortly after we were seated and the nail tech begins working on me, i noticed the manager and other employees were staring at us and obviously speaking about us in their language. It didnt take a genius to know it was something negative by their demeanor...No sooner did the manager have my little one removed from the seat next to me WITHOUT even saying anything to me, just scooped her up in the middle of the pedicures and carried her to a chair towards the back of the salon to sit alone. My daughter begins crying and i am livid!!! Their excuse to me was she was taking up a space for a paying client. I was a paying client and my daughter was receiving a service. Not to mention it's Mothers day and they are the ones who placed both my daughter and myself in those pedicure chairs knowing what I'd asked for in regards to services. Its not like i demanded it. It was mothers day for Christ's sake and that whole ordeal just had me so heated, I was shaking. You do not touch someone's child and wisk them off to some dingy corner in the back of a store. Awful, terribly run establishment."
"Such horrible service! I showed the lady the length I wanted my nails. Not to short but not to long. By the time she was done with all the excessive filing you could see the top of my finger! (What's the point of getting your nails done, if you have shorter nails after you get them done) and they look like such a mess. So disappointed! Will not be going back!!"
"Went in for gel nails, the man rushed through the set. They're all uneven, a few are literally filed at an angle so they're going left or right and it was just a horrible mani altogether. One already broke after three days. This is the second last chance I've given the service here, and I think I'm done wasting my money on poorly done nails. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place at all. At least they keep their stations clean, that's literally their one saving grace."
