"Will be calling the main corporate office the two guys that put in my washer, and dryer shut the door on my face just laughing away not answering any questions I had when they was done. Come to find out why they shut that door now they put the hot water tube on the cold side, the cold on the hot side! On purpose they tighten the hot water valve where a wrench can't get it loose, and the one tube line to the cold. Not very happy very upset!"

"We was late in payment and the manager wouldn't accept a payment. So they came and got their stuff ( mind you it was a xbox one for my son ) I was halfway paid off, and they WOULD NOT CUT A BREAK or Had any wiggle room with payments. Instead they threaten police action if i didnt return the items when they want it just to re rent it to another person and me losing all the money i had already paid on the xbox one. This business SUCKS! preys of the poor and overall a SHADY BUSINESS. Do NOT i repeat DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Aarons. go to rent a center... The guy who picked the items up was rude and judgemental."

"The reason it has a 2 there is NO quality in their products. I have a couch and chair that I purchased and when you see and feel the wood when you sit on the furniture you know it's not quality. Stupid me the first time. Never would I recommend furniture there. What a great team of workers , managers alike."
