McDonald's

"This place is a dump. I only stopped at the Snow Hill McDonald's because there was nothing else close. I went through the drive up, and they didn't have food ready, so I had to park and wait. And wait and wait. Eventually, I walked inside, and the food was sitting getting cold on the counter. I understand it is fast food, but it was God awful. I have nothing else to say other than never eat at this location."

"They to revamp and tear down that building and get better staff. I have been there 3 times and each time the order is either short or quality of my food was terrible. This morning through the drive inn I ordered my usual breakfast along with hot chocolate and coffee. The coffee didn't taste of coffee and the hot chocolate had no chocolate at all. The quality of service is terrible. I tried to call to speak to the manager again and of course they didn't even answer the phone."

"Food is good SOMETIMES but most of the time good and ok service sometimes it takes them a while and they also mess up your order but they are good with that sometimes. It’s nice for a last minute decision for a meal. But lots of other better places to go into town but it’s good for a pit stop which is the first time we went here and now we live right by it."

"This particular McDonald's is hit or miss with food quality. If you go at a slow time, the food is going to be cold and stale. High volume time you stand a better chance. I have always gotten really polite, quick service here."

"I waited 5 minutes for them to make me a shake. When she handed it to me, it was very thin, almost Milk like. When I asked for my money back, she said it melted?? I stood there and watched her struggle with the machine and walk into the back with my cup two times. They made me a second shake instead. It was not as thin but still not thick and only 3/4 full. I was tired of waiting, so I just left with it."
