"I find this location to be empty darkly lit and odd. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. But the hours are short and it's just not professional looking when u walk in. Also I find Allstate's insurance rates in general to be higher then most and they don't give u as much leeway with paying late as other insurance companies I've dealt with. But if your just looking to pay your insurance quickly this is the place. But warning they do NOT have change. So either pay with your debit or exact change."
