"Delicious food , great service, been waiting for the tripletas to be back. I haven’t found authentic puertorican food near by until I found el coqui. Definitely would’ve love for them to be opened more often i wish they would have a restaurant with the food and type of service it would be a great spot. Definitely recommend. "We pretty much bought one of everything and I can't pick my favorite. The empanadillas were great, as was the jibarrito. The mofongo was as good as anything we had in Puerto Rico. Everyone working was super nice, and helpful with my friends who had not tried Puerto Rican food before. We drove 3 hours to try this place and we will definitely be back! Mucho gracias! Salud!"

"Amazing food! The mofongo was incredible, some of the best I’ve ever had (even in PR), and the fried chicken was just perfect. Super reasonably priced, and the owners were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Could have happily ordered everything on the menu and will be back soon!"
