"Food & staff are awesome. The online ordering is awful, due to poor planning. Please stop “making a sandwich at a time”. Trade making a to go order with a walk in. You’re setting yourself up to stress out team & customers, to lose business. If you cannot manage, don’t offer, no big deal. 30 minutes past scheduled pick up time is ridiculous. Customers in line telling others why they walk in vs order ahead. Literally watching people who are just walking in get their food & walk out before the 1st pick up was ready. 5+ people waiting for cold sandwiches while their hot were in bags lined up. Overall staff is wonderful. Food is delicious when it’s not soggy. Fix this little piece & 5 stars. Thank you!!"
