"I'd give a zero star rating if that were allowed. I have a small loan through CFCU, the loan was great with a great rate. But do not expect ANY service here. My account is ALWAYS locked for "inactivity" so I cannot look at my balance with out calling them to unlock my account to which I have to wait HOURS on hold to speak with anyone. Only for them to reset my account. Absolutely poor online and physical help. They earned this 1 star."

"Do not bank here, they don’t really treat you like a member. The young man teller was very kind, but not Teresa. She refused to wave a simple $10 fee so I could close my account! It’s my money and I was never overdrawn or anything! I just wanted my money back, and to close the account, that’s it! I know she could have waved the fee because the tellers called and asked her, but she refused for no reason! Even big banks will wave little fees for for you! This is not how you should treat members."
