"I'd give a zero star rating if that were allowed. I have a small loan through CFCU, the loan was great with a great rate. But do not expect ANY service here. My account is ALWAYS locked for "inactivity" so I cannot look at my balance with out calling them to unlock my account to which I have to wait HOURS on hold to speak with anyone. Only for them to reset my account. Absolutely poor online and physical help. They earned this 1 star."

"My name is Geraldine Wilson a member of CFCU. Today, 6/6 I spoke with your customer service rep by the name of Heather (Headquarters branch) who assisted me with my transaction. I seem to be repeating myself this week, but again I was impressed by Heather’s politeness and overall service that she provided to me. When I asked some additional questions regarding my soon to be expired debit card, she took the time to place me on hold; contact another dept. to ensure that she was providing me with accurate information. As all of us continue to hear about the poor service consumers are experiencing I can attest that staff such as Heather have and are continuing to provide your members with the very best in customer service. "Do not bank here, they don’t really treat you like a member. The young man teller was very kind, but not Teresa. She refused to wave a simple $10 fee so I could close my account! It’s my money and I was never overdrawn or anything! I just wanted my money back, and to close the account, that’s it! I know she could have waved the fee because the tellers called and asked her, but she refused for no reason! Even big banks will wave little fees for for you! This is not how you should treat members."

Whatever works best for the customer. Also you can understand them very well there not fast talking or in a hurry to get you off the phone.
