"don't bother wasting your time with them - they are to stupid to know the difference between W2 and 1099 income, cant read paystubs and their software connecting to the bank does not work (the software keep sayin $0 income verified). they keep requesting 1040/k1 from a salary W2 employee and denied my application for "income could not be verified" even after i provided them with paystubs and offered W2 to verify :-)"

"Had 4 preapprovals and rocket had the highest come back, and within a few hours I had a preapproval letter in hand ready to search. I put my home in contract on 8/4, contract accepted on 8/4, Rocket notified on 8/5 I found my house and they started the paperwork process on 8/5 and I received my clear to close on 8/14 and closed on 8/17! Unbelievable! First time homebuyer no PMI insurance, conventional loan and Rocket had THE BEST program, paying 2% toward my down payment and me paying 1% down, plus my own closing cost. Less than 7K out of pocket for 200+ mortgage loan. Loved the educational learning modules that helped me gain points toward my closing as well, I don't see any mortgage company doing that and not to mention getting this buying purchase done in less than 10 calendar day!, not business days, calendar days. Also loved the Rocket Homes part that you could use to search homes, like their own (MLS). Shout out to Matt Wright, Randy Osterland with Rocket and Title Connect Agency for the speed and on-point processes to help me get my first home purchase completed. This was as flawless as it could get, I'll be recommending rocket to everyone for their 1st or next mortgage. Thanks Rocket!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. I lost count of how many times I was on the phone with Rocket Loans. Dont waste your time with them. I applied for a loan and was pre-approved for the amount I wanted. I provided all the information they needed for income which exceeded their minimum requirements. They not only gave me a 3rd of the original amount but they doubled my interest rate with an over 800 credit score. I thought I could put them first since my mortgage is financed through them.. guess not. Watch they are probably going to reach out to me to try to resolve this experience but it's too late."

"Update: Was assured by them that they do not share your information. This has been made apparent they were not truthful with what they told me The only place I applied was here and now I am being spammed with credit car offers, loan offers, and behind on your payment emails. They sold my information out and I have been spammed with these emails and offers after. Completely ridiculous and since my phone records all calls I will have to go back to our conversation where he assured me this is not the case and send it back to them. I have gotten no less then 12-20 emails about this after I did an application here. This is the only place I put out my information so it is very easy to tell why I am getting these now and who released my information... Got declined with no reasons given at all. I would take your applications elsewhere so they do not run your credit and sell your information after (love spam calls and emails). If they are going to pull and decline I should be able to know right away. Not sure if this is just an attempt to grab information to sell or what but I would use caution while trying to get a loan from them. Update: I talked to them on the phone and reiterated about not wanting my information to be sold. I have been spammed with emails for credit cards and loans after the conversation still. Being this is the only place I applied it is pretty evident who shared my information out. They told me they would not be sharing my info, but it seems to was sold out right away and I am getting spammed with emails with these offers to apply there instead now"
