"So irritated! First going through drive through one entire meal was missing. Called the location no later than ten mins after I left for the manager on duty explained they were aware as the bag was still on the counter. They had to wait for it to be cooked so it was bagged separate. She then told me I could have it replaced. I went back 3 days later for a now male manager refuse because I didn't bring my receipt. Huh? If I was told I needed it I would have, but what I was told is that they had my bag of food right in front of them and it was their fault it would be replaced. In that same visit I then chose to just order direct (and pay again) as my granddaughter was specifically asking for Popeyes. I used the app to order to use the coupon (since I wasn't expecting the extra money to begin with) but the ap was glitching and would not apply the coupon price. Again, I asked the man for help at which point he said they have been having trouble all day with the system, they were a franchise and not obligated to participate, and would not help. I left. I live right behind the location and won't ever spend a hard earned penny there and as I work at a hotel when asked where to eat you can better believe I will tell them to avoid here like the plague."

"Entered to hear the Manager squabbling with a door dash driver over an order. We had to wait for my wife's order while mine got cold. They really need to work on their customer service. They also need to work on cleanliness. I had to search for a clean table in an empty dining room. Even less than hot, the food was good... Take care of the people who pay your salary, the customer!"

"I food was fresh, hot, and tasted very well, but inside the restaurant, the floors needed to be swiped and the tables cleaned. It looked as if the lunch crowd have just ended, but it was Sunday at 1400 hrs, that's 2:00 pm for you civilian folks."

Even I said hi, They make me feel like when I am there. People are rule there, almost $4 drink and no refilled, they ask you to pay again, and ignore you."

However, the order was wrong in multiple accounts. The wrong drink. The chicken was mild. When I ordered spicy. I received cold fries instead of the large coleslaw and the overall meal was cold. Twice in 30 days is discouraging."
