"Terrible!!! Avoid this place! It says OPEN 24 hours, but after 10 pm everything is locked! You’ll have to call the assistance to get your vehicle back! Terrible service!"

"Avoid @ all costs!!! Terrible system! Closed at 10:15 and I was afraid I wasn't able to get my vehicle! Then some people came out the side door after calling to let me in!!! Ridiculous! Also, the elevator feels like it's gonna break down and your gonna get trapped in it the way it shakes!! Very scary!!! AND getting out was horrible too. Use the far left garage door when you exit."

"So I have been parking here for roughly about 5 months now and in between that time I've seen about 25 cars with their windows smashed out in the morning including my own, its honestly a surprise when i walk in the garage and there are no windows smashed in. I went to contact management to tell them I don't expect anything in repayment but lets see some more security or at least put cameras on every level or fix your doors from being open to closed when no one is there to guard but they would rather keep pocketing money at your expense than tend to their customers needs like any other modern company.... what happened to customer service? Any ways if you go across the street its 15$ more per month but 24hr human guarded security and cameras posted everywhere and I have yet to see any break ins."
