"I’ve been coming to lucky nails for years. I loved the quality of service and even brought a lady that I care give. She has dementia so after a few visits I’ve explained that she has trouble following instruction as she has dementia. Telling her to put her hands in a bowl may seem simple but she needs some prompting to do…which I try to be there every step. The wife (I’m sorry I don’t know her name) but she’s very kind and I thought she understood. I even told the husband. We were in there on Tuesday for pedicures and then we came back for manicure services. As my sweet lady was getting her manicure he asked her name and she told him…then he asked her what my name was and she couldn’t remember and then he laughed at her. I instantly felt horrible vibes from him. He was insensitive and rude to do that. He then asked if she was married…she said yes and shortly after he said after she gets her nails done she can go on a date with her boyfriend. Ruuuuude to say to a 77 yr old woman. That’s just a few things he said. Then she pays…he charges $20 dollars for a 10 min appt which should include polish but she didn’t get polish because I said no. (Reason is that dementia patients have a proclivity to pick) I wanted her nails short and smooth so she couldn’t pick. All he wanted to do was upsell anything and everything. I gave him a $5 tip on $20 and he sighed. Then it’s my turn…asked me to do manicure. No I didn’t…just a gel fill. Starts asking me about working for her and I said I loved her and her family and then tells me I’m lucky to have a job. To understand him better I repeated what he said. I said did you say I’m lucky to have a job? He said yea. This man is so rude and condescending. Maybe he had a bad day I don’t know but he needs to know how not to speak to women. I will never put my patient through that treatment again. Almost like he was laughing at her. It wasn’t nice. Sorry this is so long but she was sad when she left and I felt bad for taking her there."

"The extensions were glued too far on the edge of my nail so they lasted like a week and cost $65!!! I had to pay extra to get almond shape which was very disappointing. Make sure you confirm a price before you get your nails done because it was only mentioned at the time of payment. The salon and people who work there are friendly I don’t have any complaints about the service, I’m just really sad they didn’t last very long as I don’t get my nails done often so this mommy treat was very sad."
