"She was too fast sloppy cut my cuticle put the polish on realt thick and gloopy didn't file barely at all or shape very thick polish at the base if cuticle didn't paint the sides got polish very uneven didn't touch the tips nails still rigged just wanted to get the hell out of there sloppy sloppy sloppy WILL NEVER EVER RETURN DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Went in for a gel fill. Was told on the phone fill would be $35. After my polish was removed, I was told I had “old nails” and needed a new set. Set was just put on a month and a half prior, and had fill 3 weeks ago. Was told the removal would be $25, and new set would be $65 , but could get a $10 discount. Price of removal was mentioned after clippers were taken to my right hand , and 4 nails were already removed. I decided not to get new set at this location. In previous gel removal at other salons, I’ve had a technician soak my nails first. This technician just took clippers to my nails. Very painful, and unprofessional. I could have done this service for free in my own home if that was the case. Do not recommend nail salon."

"asked for black french tips.. my nails are not black french tips. the line goes half way up my nail, there is no curve in the paint either. one of my nails are crooked as well. i had gel nails on previously, the gel nail paint is still visible under my nail so obviously it was very poorly removed. on top of that, my friend asked for almond shaped nails.. they’re square. it also hurt very badly when they were filing both of our nails."

"Worst experience with nails EVER. The guy who did them seemed really impatient, and as he was telling his co-worker how much he “takes his time” I was watching him miss many spots on my nails with the polish. They were very weak and actually broke one grabbing laundry. Broke another one and my whole nail looks disgusting under it and bled very bad. They were just poor quality and overall were uneven, many spots were missed with the polish and had many visible bubbles."
