"One word to describe this place - inefficient. My wife and I were scheduled to get COVID booster shots at 6.30pm - we arrived on time. We registered, gave our prescription card and waited. After about 30 minutes of waiting, they could not take me because my name was not on the insurance card. It never will as it’s my wife’s insurance. Told them to forget me and just take care of my wife. More waiting and in the meantime, people were queuing up at the single register and no one at the back wants to help. Finally, a customer complained about the line getting too long so they open another register. At 7.30pm, my wife got her booster. So, if you have a scheduled appointment, prepare to wait and be aggravated. Otherwise, if you’re just picking up prescriptions, you’ll be fine."
"Always a line and never have my prescription in stock . There always seems to be an issue."
"Anytime i go the guy with the light blue shirt is always friendly. I was there a week ago and i was having issues with a item and he helped me out so much. I asked him if there any place i could leave a review about him. He turned me down but i was really happy to see someone who really cared about others."
"I’ve dealt with them a few times now. Here’s all the recounts of all exchanges: 1) There’s a caucasian elderly lady with white hair at the pharmacy counter who makes calls on protocols incorrectly. Unless you assert yourself, she’ll bulldoze you and shut you down based on her made up imposed walgreens rules. For example, return policies. 2) There’s so many of them working here (more than average walgreens pharmacy), yet for some reasons, even with 3-4 workers huddled at the register, it takes them so long to deal with 1 customer. So it ends up back up the line. 3) There’s a lady here with long black hair and white lab coat. When we stood at the nurse consultation window for our 5:30pm covid vaccine appointment, she told us to line up. Because of their delay, there were already at least 10 people queuing and definitely would’ve surpassed our 5:30pm shot appointment easily at least by 30 mins. It didn’t seem right that we would be late for our appointment by an hour by lining behind others who are merely there to pickup their RX. My husband stood in line but I continued waiting at the consultation window. Lo and behold, a pharmacy tech yelled out to the line of anyone was there for scheduled vaccines, as the nurse is about to leave soon. I expedited myself towards her and told her yes we have a 5:30pm that has been delayed now for 20 mins because the lady in white coat told us to line up behind people. It gets worse from here, they couldn’t find my husband and I’s appointment that we prescheduled. I even called before 12pm that day to confirm our appointment and request to move my husband’s to the same time as mine. The lady I spoke to over the phone, who had an east asian accent, asked me for the names and said we are good to okay. The pharmacy tech I spoke with said that a person named “Nina” at 12:30 had a note on their paper that says what I had described, except that’s not my husband’s name. 4) Pharmacy tech, Nekie, was good at handling curveballs, and took us in despite their system issue. She was the only one at the pharmacy who cared about customer care. She told us we can call back in after we get home to confirm if our confirmation code coincides with their system, given they couldn’t find us. We called back, but she left so was assisted by the lady with white coat again. She said that my query doesn’t matter as I already received my shot. I explained to her that that doesn’t matter, I want to confirm if there’s something wrong with their system, and I want to make sure everything is connected. She starts talking to another lady at the pharmacy, which I can hear clearly and stops talking. Didn’t even have the decency to ask me to wait a few minutes while she does something else. She then gets back to me and says that she sees my confirmation number, and that the reason they couldn’t find us is because my name wasn’t on the paper they printed in the morning. This white coat lady is also on the phone all day so good luck trying to patch through on a call in case you want to call about medication questions. Pathetic."
"They only send the automated messages that DONT inform you if your prescription is rejected. Yesterday when I asked when my inhaler would be in the lady VERY RUDELY said she told me "2pm" when I have a recording of the call proving she never gave me a time, just for me to get an automated message saying AGAIN it was delayed when really it was rejected. And now I've been sitting in their drive thru for 45 minutes just to finally pick my inhaler up. HORRIBLE customer service and care they give to us. CVS up the road is 100 times better!"
