"I was a patron of this pharmacy for over 20 years. The original owners were very good. The new owners are also nice people but the level of service is nowhere near what it used to be. I finally had to make the decision to leave. The frustration is just not worth it when I have to drive across town. CVS is just so much better at everything it isn't worth the effort to try to help a small business. I wish them luck but I doubt they will be in business much longer. You dont deserve to be in business if your not even trying."

"Update;; changing my 1 star to 4 stars: i received an unexpected call from pharmacy shortly after my post. I was extremely impressed with the customer service from the owner. She is amazing and continues to go above and beyond to rectify for her customers satisfaction. I can say without a doubt, she is the reason i continue to go to Alexanders. Because prompt response and taking extra steps to resolve and gain satisfaction, this is customer service i can appreciate. For those reasons, i am changing my original review of 1(one*) to 4 (four****) I am not sure what is going on with this pharmacy. Dropping of scripts at 9:00am and go to pick them up at 5:30pm, only to find they cannot fill it. Or they aren't even ready/filled. They never called me to notify me there was an issue, nor did they call the doctor office to correct or get an alternative. It is now after hours and nothing i can do about it. Delaying important medication for wound control for a type 1. This is NOT my first problem with pharmacy. The woman pharmacist is awesome. She will move mountains to get your script. The gentlemen? Now that is another issue!"

"They were wonderful to work with. The shipping company lost the package. The pharmacy went out of their way to ship another package with enough medicine quickly to hold me over until the shipping company was able to locate the package. I was doing self-pay and it would have been incredibly expensive otherwise! The team was quick to figure out the details needed to make it happen. Thank you!"

"Placed an order for Omnitrope for my upcoming IVF cycle. The best price around if you're paying out of pocket! Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and easy to work with. They called me once they received my prescription (which was the same day) and I received it the next day as promised. I ordered around 430pm and it arrived just before 1200 the next day! All around great experience!"
