"Dirty! Horrible. Drive on past & go to a different Wendy's!!! Employees not attentive, facilities filthy. I saw them 'recycle' food, emptying a served chocolate Frosty back into the dispenser/freezer machine. It's a not an old building but it's broken & dirty. Entrance vestibule stank, very bad odor noticed by all of us. As for the bathrooms: Inside handle to pull open women's restroom door was gone-- could not pull open door to leave restroom, was trapped in there until another customer wanted to use it. Reported to manager and got a shrug. He knew it was broken-- at least a warning should have been posted, though it should have been fixed."

"It’s poor management when a new store is dirty from the door. And it was 11:30 am on Sunday morning. The floor is slick and slippery from the door. Drink vending was dirty in drink fill up area, screen area needed to wiped off, and many drink types were empty. The condiment area had no napkins and ketchup pumps empty and filthy. I told manager the drink vending machine was dirty. She said okay. We were there another 10 minutes or so and she’s not sent anyone to clean it. This is unacceptable."

"I usually dont leave reviews for fast food places because I think its pointless. So I'll write one for the paying folks to not even bother coming here and wasting your money. 10 times out of 10 your order will be wrong and cold. This place is horrible."

"I like my beef medium, but not at a fast food restaurant. Just finished holiday shopping and needed to stop for something quick. Got home and started to eat my burger and it was cold so I looked at it and saw it was still raw!!!This is unsafe to eat! I am not interested in salmonella poisoning."

"I am not one to complain but this is worth complaining about.. this is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. After waiting close to 30 minutes in the drive thru, you’d think our food would have at least been cooked all the way through. We got a full refund but that is just not enough.. now we wait to see whether or not we get salmonella poisoning."
