"Bagel was a ROCK & seemed 4 days old…inedible. Donut was good, not old like the bagel. Coffee didn’t fill the cup, but tasted decent. I normally avoid this DD but there was nothing else open. It is normally old and cold."

"I had high expectations due to the location in Calvert County but this location falls short every time. I’m a daily Dunkin girl and I wait until I get to Anne Arundel before I stop. Every single time I stop to get an ice chai latte I end up recieving a cup of medium ice milk with a hint of chai, for over 5$, after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru. The one time I did go inside the place was filthy. I’ve never left a google review, but this store needs better training or better management. 10/10 do NOT recommend."

"A lot of their stuff is broken. The staff is super friendly so I doubt it’s their fault, but if you want something different, just skip this store. I got something that was 5.29 and ended up losing money because the replacement had to be something a dollar cheaper. I don’t mean to nitpick over a dollar, but come on."

"Prince Frederick store has to do better. They cannot get the order right. I asked for whipped cream for my coffee drink and after repeating it 3 times they informed me that they did not have whipped cream? They were not able to make change from a 20 dollar bill. My order was $6.99 and I received a 10 dollar bill and 2.53 in quarters and Pennies. When I questioned it they said that was all the change they had. Even though they are only 1 1/2 miles from my house I will not go there again. Ever."

"What a horrible experience at Prince Frederick! I waited - long time in line and after I drove home and looked at the food there was a mold looking substance in the sandwiches. I asked for a refund and they made me bring it back into the store just to get a refund. I asked them why they’d need me to bring it back in and that it should be thrown away. This place needs to be checked by the health department!"
