"They were very responsive to my claim . I was in an accident with the vehicle they just recently signed on for coverage. They let me pick my own certified Auto repair shop and they even reimbursed me for the tow to the shop. I definitely reccomend Mercury Insurance for your auto coverage needs. Thanks again Mercury!"

"This company is absolute garbage. I strongly suggest going with any company other than these clowns. They just unilaterally canceled our home owners policy because they looked up the house on Google maps and determined based on the aerial view that we needed a new roof.....in case you were wondering, we didn't"

"Obtained home insurance with Mercury. Due to a cancelled policy (that we weren’t made aware of) with another company, we were changing policies. We made the lapse in coverage crystal clear, and were told that although the insurance would be more expensive, we would be covered without issue. Over a month later, they called us to let us know the underwriters wanted proof of coverage. When I explained the lapsed coverage situation again, they said they would be cancelling our policy... and stated that underwriters “do not take calls from customers” Avoid. Now we are out funds to cover this month, and back to square one getting insurance coverage."
