"Hi, this review is towards the customer I received from the drive thru. I want to give a shout out to the nice kid who took my order on the Sunday night. I made an error on my end but he was professional and cool about it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to customer service."

"So I went to the drive-thru normally don't eat this kind of stuff but I have somewhere to be so I said I'll grab this really quick on my way as I turned out you know you want to eat a quick fry or a wedge but the food was ice cold went to go take it back we had to park in another parking lot I couldn't get into the dining room even though it says that it's open at 9:00 its 9:15 and they're not even open so I'm standing at the drive-thru window waiting for my food to be remade or waiting for a refund"

"Ordered from here tonight through ubereats after craving a frosty (I am in my last few weeks of pregnancy so I wanted to treat myself). I also ordered fries (no salt) and chicken nuggets. EVERYTHING came cold (distance isn't the issue as I tracked my order and it came in 15 min), fries came salted, and my frosty was not a frosty at all but a coffee. To see that there was no real care or double checking of the order to make sure it was correct or even warm had to be the biggest let down… especially when you were very excited for this “treat”. Could be my pregnancy hormones that are driving me to be as blunt here or it could just be my sheer shock at how this order came. Who knows, maybe not all evenings are like this but I can only base my review off of tonight."

"My order was correct and the food was average for being a fast food restaurant. Entering and exiting is a little difficult due to the road construction going on Rt.1."

"The worst Wendy branch at Virginia. So bad services. The drink is not cold. Employees are not polite. This branch is not recommended at all. Also be carful when you pay! Prices here is weird!!!"
