"The food is good. I have never had bad food or a problem with the portions. The issue I have is with the service. I placed an order for 11:45 for pickup. So it was before the lunch rush, it should have been ready. They had two line cooks and then another three associates working. The line cook came over to me to acknowledge me and ask what I was waiting for. After he acknowledged me only then did an associate acknowledge me. Granted I waited in the online pick up area for 5 min before that with not much interaction. Which I get it, you get busy. But they really need to divide the work better. All the associates were scrambling around. You had three working. One for drive thru, one for the line/physical customers, and the third for online orders. Then when things die down for drive thru or online, you help physical customers. The manager on shift really needs to better prioritize their staff."

"I don't usually bother reviewing fast food places, but we were hesitant to eat here because of the bad reviews. I'm so glad we did! Standard, fresh, "good" Panda Express classics and service that honestly impressed me. Shout out to Charlie, Alex, Jackson, and Gorjus for great service today."

"Came in at approximately 8:10 PM on a Saturday night. They were out of my sweet fire chicken. Advised they had already shut all their grills down. They don't close to 9pm. Sure enough grills, fryers and even part of drink station was already torn down. Wasn't even sure if we were allowed to stay there and eat. That is 45 to 50 minutes until closing. I guess they cooked extra food for the night. Wonder what the holding times are. Never had a problem before here before but very unhappy tonight. Guess supervisor must have somewhere to go that she needed to get out early."

"We thought we would give the a chance even with the review that we had seen and I can tell you right now I wish I had lessened and stayed away. Fried rice was over cook and dry, the broccoli in the beef and broccoli wasn't even cook, the regular white rice was under cook and the chicken egg rolls where burned and black in areas of them. When I call the person. I spoke with didn't even seem to care. When you ask for the pricing that they you are better off going somewhere else and spend the same money on much better quality, taste and enjoyment. Ontop of that the amount of food you get for what you pay for is crazy. I will never ever order from them again and I will make shore to to people I know in the area not to go there."
