"They cancelled my account after being late on payments twice. No relief due to COVID. My account was in good standing for 3 years. The app is terrible. If you live on a military base and need help, they are the worst. I’ve had my roadside assistance take forever with a tow or spare tire needed. I even offered to meet them off the base. I would not recommend them."
