Skrimp Shack

"Been going here for a while and loved the mahi mahi sandwich which they no longer serve. Got the rockfish one a couple days ago and I wasn't digging it. Too fishy for my taste. I asked for the flounder and they said they didn't have it so I ended up with the rockfish. I always go for the more expensive as I feel it's better quality fish. I could be wrong but the Mahi mahi had me convinced of this. After this recent experience I don't know that I want to spend over $20 on a sandwich by the time you get cheese, lettuce and tomatoes added, to not like it. I will think twice before I return. Hopefully they bring the mahi mahi back! The napkins and soda areas could present better and cleaner."

"I needed a sandwich without bread and they always deliver. Extremely friendly staff and the fish is great! Highly recommended. I have been a loyal customer here for a couple years now and have never had a bad experience."

"I got a whiting sandwich. Fish was fresh. the batter could have better seasoning, but I appreciated the fact that it wasn't salty. Don't like their tartar sauce. The sandwich had a lot of fish for the price. Will go back and try something else."

"Finally made it to shrimp shack today I went around lunchtime about 12:45 customer service was outstanding. I ordered the shrimp Po boy mild order the meal. I ordered it to go. Needless to say when I got home set down to eat it was delicious. I have no complaints."

"Ordered the spicy shrimp - very tasty the hush puppies that came with it were too dense and oily for my preference. The fish and shrimp basket with fries was okay. The fish was oily too so only ate a bit. The food taste isn’t the worst, if they fix that issue that would make it an easier eat - just too oily. The beignets had an oil problem too considering the makeup of them which like a rolled dough that lost its texture due to the oil."
