Walmart Pharmacy

"Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist was beyond rude and refused to fill an important medication because I had other medications in a different pharmacy which I was going to transfer over. The medication was called in by my doctor themselves and they still refused to fill it leaving me without my medication and having to find a different pharmacy."

"The Pharmacy manager DEAN ADI is an absolutely disrespectful, person and a definite loss to the Walmart store brand. I called the pharmacy and spoke with a technician 4 days ago to fill a prescription. I asked the technician to call the doctor and he asked for the doctors number and name and the medication needed. Fast forward 4 days later no prescription. I called the pharmacy and spoke with DEAN ADI, who answered the phone. As I was explained I was rudely interrupted and told we don't call for prescriptions. I began to ask him why did the technician tell me it would be done and ask for the information. But before I could he rudely and aggressively raised his voice and cut me off without listening which is a major quality to possess as a MANAGER especially IF you are the manager. He hung up the phone and I called back to get my question answered which he is still doing the Waltz around. I asked him for his Managers name and was told I don't have a boss. Really? After asking twice more he gives me the name Joelsi (if spelled incorrectly, forgive DEAN because he spelled it out) whom he he said is the store manager. I asked for her last name to which he replied "I DON'T KNOW". You are the manager in the store but you don't know the Store Manager's name Unbelievable. Someone please tell me who Joseph Womick is according to Walmart Corporate on their site. To Walmart rid your yourselves of this ASSET-LESS staff member. Needless to say I will never bring the prescription for the person that needs it to this pharmacy. I will in fact never refill any of my personal prescriptions at this pharmacy. I will seek the Store Manager and lodge my complaint and also to the Walmart Corporate offices. Will it make a difference I don't know but I will never know because my association with that department is over and I will strongly encourage my other family members and friends to change their pharmacy beginning with their next refill."

"Didn't have to wait very long to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Only had to sit and wait maybe 15 minutes after it was administered. Felt perfectly fine after, with just a little bit of soreness. Nothing worse than a tetanus shot."

"They are often out of stock for scripts I need and they do not transfer the meds from other Walmarts that have the item in stock (Walgreens and CVS will do that). They close for 1/2 hour for lunch which has inconvenienced me several times. However, the staff is generally helpful and friendly."

"I have never been to this pharmacy before, but my husband has many times, he did have some issues with his prescriptions not being ready for pick up when they were suppose to. But today I called them and can not appreciate enough of how helpful they've been on the phone. The pharmacist - Stanley has been so patience and informative with our questions, as well as his associate, they're also very professional, they're so much more helpful than our DR office. You have no idea this kind of help is much needed, especially when it comes to your health, keep up the good work!!"
