"Every single time I come here, there's a problem... the card machines aren't reading, the drink machine isn't working z they've run out of chicken... and believe it or not, a few years ago a woman was so fed up with the workers attitudes in this place, she drove her car right through the front door of the building! Now that's extreme and uncalled for...but I do understand the frustration with this place! It's horrible! It's well worth it to drive another 8 minutes up the road and visit the location in LaPlata... they never get my orders wrong, the staff are much more professional and friendly... and they've never run out of food or had card reader issues when I've visited."

"Not sure what happened to this location... Service was fast and the food was good. It's been going downhill over the past few months. After my latest experience, I'd recommend digging through the dumpster for your food instead of eating at this taco bell location. This is not an exaggeration - we waited for over 30 minutes to get our food last night. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building so we made the mistake of going inside and ordering at the kiosk. When we finally got our order, half of it wasn't even what we ordered. Didn't bother getting the order corrected (didn't want to wait another 30+ minutes). Food was nasty and ended up trashing most of it. Do yourself a favor - avoid this location at all costs. Go to the other taco bell at the other end of waldorf, or the one in La Plata. Looking at the recent reviews, looks like everyone is having issues here. Not sure what the owner/management is doing, but they honestly should be ashamed. Just close the doors until you can figure out how to run a business."

"If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Decided to order from here via door dash since I had a credit, and usually I receive fast service with this location, however, as you can see from the pic, the experience was very unsatisfactory! Called the night manager who refused to give his name, which I will find out by the way soon, in which he stated it was not his problem that his workers gave me a breakfast burrito, and not a steak burrito combo which I ordered through the app. No accountability taken on behalf of his workers, as a manager he did not practice conflict resolution considering the complete order was wrong. Door dash did not make the food, your workers did! They need to shut down this location because it’s ongoing issues, bad service, children as managers, and bad attitudes when calling to address the problem. I will gladly be reporting him to corporate to inform them of the back and forth arguing the manager did with a customer."

"DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I placed a take out order at 6:50pm. It is now after 7:30 and I still have not received any food. There are 6-7 other people waiting in here also for around the same amount of time. The drive thru has not moved in over 30 minutes. Not joking, somebody from the drive thru just called the police to do a welfare check on the employees because things are taking SO long. Drive further to another location. You'll still be saving time. This place is absolutely ridiculous and I will never be back."
