"Great service for many years now! It was my first time back since before COVID. I got a pedicure. Came by the next day because my pedicure was messed up. They saw me right away and did not charge me anything extra."

"Usually we go here for manicures is a husband and wife who own the place. The husband is no good and my wife doesn’t like how he does nails, so he told her sit down she said I will wait for her and he got mad and walked away and said no I will never do again you are not welcome here. It sucks because she has a 100$ gift card and now is a waste. Grown man crying like a baby."

"I walked I to get my eyelashes done this week. I had a few questions and the lady answered $120 for single lashes. I asked her if they were mink bc I can’t wear the plastic ones. She said that they were mink. THEY ARE NOT MINK THEY ARE CHEAP PLASTIC LASHES THAT ARE STIFF AND IRRITATE AND HURT YOUR EYES. I was taken to a side room and asked to lay down. I was NEVER given a professional consultation. Come on now?!?! So I politely tried to discuss what I was looking for as far as eyelashes. (For those that don’t know there are volume lash extensions, hybrid lash extensions, glam lash extensions and much more) She acted like she understood as she rush me in to the chair with not much to say. I didn’t think she did however I politely went with the flow as not to insult her eye lash extension credentials. THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. My eyelashes looked like I’m even caterpillars with alopecia. They were literally out on in 10 different directions. I looked like a clown when I left there. However as the time went by things got even worse. They started falling out immediately. There was balls of glue all in them. My bottom and top lashes would actually stick together. My eyes are burning and watery because I was lied to and told they are mink. I was lead to believe the lady that performed a service on me was actually licensed which now I question. BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!"

"I have been going here since 2017. I went in the Friday before Valentine’s Day at 4:30 as a walk in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. I was asked to come back in an hour. I returned at 5:40 and was taken to a pedicure chair, where I was then left until 6:20. Finally a boy walked past and I asked him for a towel and said I wanted to leave. He said something to one of the women working who told me they were almost done and I would be next. At this point it had been nearly 2 hours since they told me to come back in an hour and I had been sitting in the pedicure chair for over 30 minutes. I stated again that I wanted to leave and then they began my pedicure immediately. When they finished everything, the woman gave me a 10% discount which took off $7. I still tipped regardless of the wait, so I ended up paying $80+ for a manicure and pedicure that took over 2 hours out of my day. My manicure is now peeling and it hasn’t even been 4 full days. This was the only place I got my nails done unless I was out of town for over 6 years and now I will never go back."
