Unacceptable for a business not to have a real person answering phone. called 6 times for a total of 32 mind and each time cut off because I didn't know"

"I fell in my birthday a week or so ago and broke my finger, so needless to say I can’t really use my one hand much. I came here because I really needed help washing my hair, but I also was in a desperate need for a cut regardless. I made an appointment for a wash & cut. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Savannah and she took me right back to do a consultation. She understood what I wanted quite well and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks SO good!! Savannah is a great asset to your company and I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a good stylist!!"

"Though the hair stylist had a very nice personality, I was not satisfied at all with the color and the cut. I specifically gave her details of what I wanted and did not want. I even explained, if my hair texture was not suitable for the style I was looking for, we could go with a different style. Unfortunately, she gave me everything I said I did not want. There was no style to my haircut. The color was exactly what I told her I did not want. She offered for me to come back and try and correct the color. Unfortunately, I own a business and have very little time to spend away from the shop and don't have a schedule that allows me to return to the hair salon. It was very disappointing and frustrating. I always looked forward to having my hair done, as it was relaxing and time I spent on myself. Lately, each time I visit the Hair Cuttery, I leave frustrated. Something that has always been relaxing to me, has now turned into a stressful time. I am not one to complain and the stylist was very nice, but my hair cut and color was as if she didn't listen to a word I said. I believe her mind was on something else. Possibly she was having an off day. However, this is not the first time I came away frustrated with Hair Cuttery, but never did i voice my disappointment. I just couldn't let it go on this visit as I feel I made my requests perfectly clear. As the saying goes fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I am sure this review is mute and makes no difference to such a large salon chain."
