I was charged a no show cancelation fee of 50% of my service when I communicated with the owner Chemaine that I needed to reschedule because I started my menstrual. While she stated I could still come and just wear a tampon, I did NOT want to have the service performed during my menstrual. I literally just wanted to change my appointment. Service wise, she is good and I will leave my review regarding the service. But just want to let it be known if you used a card in this establishment it is stored and you will be charged. There is not a link or easy way to cancel appointments. I will not return back and will not recommend this business."
