"Opening night Great. Second visit I ordered a giant #6. The bread was cut in half/ half sandwich with meat and cheese. As the worker ask me what I wanted added on the half, I stated I asked for a giant sandwich. The worker starting the sandwich then took the other half of bread toss it to the side. I ask is that mine. She replied the worker said that your other half to your giant. The attitude and tossing of the bread blew mines. Shame first Jersey Mike I ever had that issue in my favorite sandwich store."
"Today was my 2nd time coming to this new location. My first time I came I guess the second shift was on. It was around 4pm. They were well organized and made me a perfect #13. I was impressed. Today I came around 11:30am and they were disorganized. The person cutting the meats cut some meats and behind some partition I couldn't see what she was doing. I wanted a #13 again Mike's way. She asked me do I want mayo and I said I want it the way it comes. Don't know what meats I have and she acted like she didn't know how to put the sandwich together. Too much lettuce and too much oil and vinegar. I will only come in the evening at this location"
