Reviews of Life of the Dunes Trail
"Easy peaceful trail. Enjoy the sunshine with ocean breeze"
"Walked this trial in November. There were a few birds but not much other wildlife. There were a few signs regarding the history of the area which was pretty cool. Probably not a trail you would want to walk in the middle of summer since there is little shade and no breeze."
"Very pretty trail but very hard to walk on so much sand for a long period. We skipped this trail the second time we visited Assateague Island because we were tired. :) it’s a good workout. Loved the unique landscapes. Got great photos and memories here."
"This trail is very unique. It's all sand!! Great workout and the view and vegetation are amazing. I found out that it's not dogfriendly. I walked my pups in a small area in the back of the parking lot. One of my girls was too tired from all the walking we did yesterday and thr forest nature trail today that we didn't go too far. The beach is a short walk from the parking lot. Head West to the beach."
