"Is everyone's hair treated like there is a dandruff problem? That rubber, circular tool used to wash my hair appeared to do nothing more than tangle it. So much of my hair came out as she combed the hair for the roller set. I have a semi permanent color. When mentioned something about " It's red," I had to tell her when the hair color is quite visible in the light. My regular hair dresser is unavailable for about 2 months. I'm used to care that is specific to my hair, not one size fits all."
