"Got stood up! Arrived 25 minutes early for my 10 am appt for a cut with Anna last week. Was told she had not yet arrived in to work. Not one of the 5 employees checked in with me while I sat and waited. Not a simple "sorry to keep you waiting". At 10:20 I walked out. Unprofessional and rude. Of course, not a follow up call from Anna either. Side note: per Tanya, a cap is used for highlights not foil. Antiquated method."
