"I’m sorry to say had very unprofessional and discourteous service from this agency today. On Thursday last week after shopping around at advice of financial advisor I chose to change carriers for my homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies. I left message for agency on Friday no response. I followed that up with email requesting cancellation of my policies. No response. When I called to follow up individual answering phone and questions was rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t be bothered. When I further questioned she finally advised they had all my request, Christine was processing and they would get back to me. No time period or commitment. It was apparent now that I was no longer a customer they had no time, no courtesy, no professionalism. I thanked her for being rude and unprofessional. Wished her a nice day. I’m thankful I changed agencies. I am getting better coverage for less, especially as this is how they treat customers. So sad. KWK"
