It started when I initially contacted her to inquire about microlinks and get her recommendations considering that I have natural hair. She invited me to visit the salon for a consultation, where she educated me on the different types of extensions and installations. I informed her of an out of town event I have coming up and she quickly accommodated me - ensuring I got an appointment within 72 hours!
