"I used to book Becky at the Riverside, MD Location. Due to scheduling conflicts, I have had a hard time booking her for my haircut lately. I scheduled the entire family for a haircut today and took the only time slot they had. The past 2 times the older Asian lady has left strands where I didn't want them but didn't notice until I got home. I have had to cut those strands myself those past 2 times. I ask for a high and tight fade, but she leaves hair on the side doing a traditional fade. It's a Marine cut. Should be easy, but it's almost like she makes it too complicated using 4 different guards. I'm not feeling her, so now I may have to go elsewhere. I feel like Becky was very desperate for help a few years ago when I began frequenting, she got what she asked for from Hair Cuttery Corporate, but some of that help came straight out of school. The students are inexperienced and substandard for the clientele needs at this location. I believe Becky is having issues convincing corporate of that and if they don't do something about it soon, they might lose the best stylist at that location. Once that happens, we all know that location goes downhill, hence less clientele. Her loyal customers will find out where she went and go there instead. Please get that woman so more experienced help Hair Cuttery!"
"We love coming to this location and specially for ebony. My daughter and myself have been longtime clients of hers and don’t trust anyone else with our hair. She is always pleasant, up beat and very personable. She takes her time and addresses any and all questions we have and never makes us feel rushed or like we are bothering her with questions. I don’t have one bad thing to say about anyone else I have come in contact with either. Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I recommend ebony to all my friends and family looking for a new stylist. You will forever have our business as long as she is their."
