"Absolutely hateful and rude employees here, the main girl with braids was so disrespectful, rolled her eyes at me, and sneered at me when i asked a question. Seems like these folks hate their jobs, i will never step foot in this building again. From the looks of the rest of the reviews, there is a disrespect issue with this particular staff. Get rid of them if they cant manage to scoop chicken without pissing off your entire customer base. Bffr"

"Probably the worst chipotle I've ever been to. *Every* time I go they're out of multiple things. If you order online, they start prepping your order immediately. Want your food in 20 minutes? It'll be ready in 5. Want it in an hour? It'll be ready in 5. They keep the doors open but tell you they're "closed" about 20 minutes or so before closing time. The door may say 9 PM, but truthfully it's whenever the workers feel like closing. This is the type of place where the workers give you that knowing "what are you gonna do about it?" smirk when they just don't feel like serving you, bringing out any new ingredients within 30 minutes of closing time, or tell you they can't refund your money for being unable to fulfill portions of an order. This is the kind of place that makes the DMV look like a model of friendly efficiency. I'm really not sure why corporate HQ doesn't do anything about this place, possibly that they're keeping it open in hopes that there's an "America's Worst Chipotle" competition? Don't know, but this would be a sure top 5. Steer clear."

"Review date 03/09/23: I dislike disrespectful people. Additionally, how did you get my order wrong in front of me. I hate we are now in a world were low skill workers are needed but I believe even if the employees today are paid a living wage these black queens would still have a sorry attitude and disposition. I will never go back to this one I will stick to the rivers and lakes that I’m used to on my side of town. At least I get service with a smile."

"My delivery order from this location was a disaster - missing 1 of 2 items. The item that was delivered had no guacamole and the one of two sides was wrong. Chipotle customer service did give me a full refund due to the complete lack of attention from the staff at the store. The Door Dash driver was very apologetic and immediately called his customer service as well."

"I went to Chipotle the other night for dinner and I got a burrito bowl and a quesadilla. The bowl was fantastic. The only issue I had was the portion of salad dressing and guacamole they can me. This was a to go order so I did not release the portion until I got home."
