"visited this restaurant about a month ago and it was the worst experience ever. Let’s start with the fact that they are violating a lot of health violations. There are NO fire extinguishers VISIBLE Customers are drinking tap water NOT FILTER( I saw a young lady take a water bottle from my table to the back I’m guessing thats where they refill the water at but when it came back it had foggy color to it and she proceeded to put in the refrigerator)that really worries me because it shouldn’t have that color. Went to the restroom and the water pressure was extremely low and about 10 minutes later the water was completely off and fact that it had a sewage smell made it more unpleasant. when I proceeded to tell someone they told me that “ the whole block it out of water” and when I asked where do I go to use the restroom they proceeded to tell me “I’m not sure” ”sorry”. When I finally received my food it’s was very disappointing … THE CHICKEN FINGER TOWER … the chicken finger was RAW and not one but 4 PIECES and my wife’s burger had hair in it when I told the manager everything I saw him get an attitude as if  I PUT THE HAIR THERE MYSELF BUT DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE RAW CHICKEN AND MY WIFE’S BURGER (WHICH I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR) He offered to make another tower and burger but i was so upset and disappointed I didn’t want it and he proceeded to not care and walked away.. NO APOLOGY AT ALL. Their patio set up is beyond DANGEROUS their tables and chairs are sitting on maintenance hole covers and when I brought it to a employee attention she joked about it and said “trust me you’ll be fine they are super glued” I didn’t find that funny at all. I was also told that they take cash but they don’t have a cash register to give change which I find very sketchy. The manager name that I briefly spoke to was Stu and the attitude and approach was completely disrespectful and VERY RUDE! He acted as if he didn’t care that I was a paying customer. When I asked to speak to someone higher up I was told he wasn’t there. I recently saw this restaurant on FOX 5 news and realized the owner was there and I remember it well enough because he was sitting at the bar eating."

"Recommend the burgers but the fries were a miss. Good price point & definitely a signature flavor to the burgers. You have a choice of topping/seasoning for fries. The Garlic Parmesan we tried had a nice flavor but most of the fries were chewy and inedible unfortunately."

"Had the Basic burger on a GF Cauliflower "Bun" that tasted OK but didn't hold up to being eaten as a sandwich. The Memphis BBQ was interesting with pickled carrots, cheddar cheese, and onion rings. The bun was a little stale. The meat was cooked and seasoned well. $51 for 3 burgers and 1 large fry."

"1st time trying it. Nice layout and decor inside and clean. Greeted promptly. Dined in for lunch. Got regular burger, small fry (during lunch... till 2pm only $1) and a Mexican coca cola. Burger cooked perfectly and presentation was great! The bun and all the ingredients were fresh and paired well together. Nice music playing in background but not overpowering and they have tvs at the bar that can be seen from throughout. I'll be back for sure."

"This place is as good as it gets for a burger joint, anywhere in the world. I give this place my highest rating and a wholehearted recommendation. The Memphis burger hits the spot with its onion infusion and pickled garnishes. The cajun Brussels sprouts provide just enough heat to know you don’t live too far up north. The ppl here are friendly, and work hard, and late too. As of this writing, in October 2022, this place is open until 11pm on a Friday night. Thanks, I’ll most definitely be back."
