"I went in at 7:15pm on a Thursday and asked if I could get a polish. They closed at 8pm. The lady looked at me, looked at the other workers, then looked back at me. I just need a polish I repeated again. All I got was a look and no response. She didn’t even say you have to come back tomorrow at 10am. I simply got nooooo response so I left. They won’t get my business with that poor customer service!"

"I cannot say enough great things about this place. As soon as I walked in I noticed it was clean and nicely decorated. All of the employees were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. They took me in as a walk in even though it was late on a Saturday. Jenna did my full set and checked in multiple times to make sure I was happy with the length and shape which she executed perfectly! Exactly how I wanted them! Then Hannah did my nail art and WOW!! It turned out so gorgeous!! The whole experience was awesome. I felt very comfortable and had nice conversations with both Jenna and Hannah. They both had very good attention to detail. They both took their time and didn’t Rush (again, despite it being Saturday night closing time). I honestly can’t wait to come back!"

"I know acrylics take offs aren’t ideal, but they’re apart of this work. I’m a teacher getting ready to go back to school, so I needed to remove my summer set. My technician tried to be kind, but I could tell she didn’t want to do them. She was very rough and even tried plucking them off until I told her it hurt. I don’t care if I’m sitting in the chair soaking for 60 minutes, it’s never comfortable to pluck hard acrylic off of anyone’s nails. She split a nail on one of my hands when she was carelessly plucking them off and didn’t cut it down. She didn’t offer me any type of manicure or after after I washed my hands and they were still covered in acrylic. Even charged me $15 after all that. I will not return."
