"I’ve never seen “fast” food workers move ssoooo slow. Almost in slow motion. It took them nearly 30 minutes to prepare my in-app order and it was not busy in there or at the drive through. 2 orders of nachos, a cravings box, a “chicken” chalupa meal, chicken burrito, cinnamon twists and drinks. When I got home my 2 chicken chalupas were ground beef and not chicken. No offense Taco Bell but I HATE the beef taco meat. I’d never order it for myself and I didn’t. Those were the nastiest chalupas ever. Just disgusting. How do you all move so slow and still mess an order up??? Wild. They had no Baja blast soda that I ordered. SMH. Also….I learned the last time to check my bag for sauce that was added to my online order. Last time the lady assured me the sauce was in the taped bag and I got home and no sauce. When I opened the bag before leaving today….no sauce. People check your food before leaving to make sure it’s correct and that you have sauce. These people clearly don’t care. I’ll go to another location from now on."

"Parked for 2 volcano tacos for a mobile order. Not only did they not put lava sauce on the taco they also didn't even put the fire sauce packet in the bag smh. The drive thru is just unnecessarily slow as well as the people in there."
