"New script sent there from dogs neurologist and since I was never there they said I had to come in and give my information in person to fill it out. My dog has serious epilepsy And needs it. Can't use a pharmacy who can't reach out if this is the case what poor customer service. You could cost people or animals lives with this approach. Thanks, but no thanks."
