JINYA Ramen Bar - Logan Circle

"I’ve been in the search for good ramen in DC and finally found a spot that I can say is worth a trip to. The options are plenty and the service is good. I tried the original tonkotsu ramen and even added extra noodles because the broth was tasty and didn’t want to just slurp it down. There are 2 floors, so even when it’s crowded, seems like the wait goes quick. I’ll be back. So far the best ramen I’ve found in DC."

"Ok, so this is the first time at this place. First thing the menu has small fonts and on right side of menu it's green with tiny black description that makes it so hard to read. The noodles came out like warm. The chicken was cold and the noodles were subpar. For a supposed Asian restaurant nothing was made fresh. You may ask how would I know that well I have been to more Asian restaurants and I can count and on top of it if you order the food and it comes out within 5 minutes of it being ordered it's not fresh. The place was clean atmosphere was nice."

"We dined here on Thanksgiving and Camila was such a warm and friendly server. The entire staff was excellent and really took care of us even though they were working on a holiday. Our kids are vegetarian and it was the best vegan ramen they ever had. Wish they had locations in New York."

"Camila was an amazing member of the wait staff who attended to our every need! She brought the best table service: kind, attentive, easy to contact and very great energy. In my ex-front of house experience, it can be hard to maintain enthusiasm in such a crowded restaurant (it was a Friday night and busy) however Camila showed me that it is indeed possible. Sending much love to y'alls very well trained staff. Food was amazing as well!"

"Appropriately-paced, comfortable service! Carlos at the bar was fantastic, helped pick a Japanese whisky that was just right. When taking food orders, he was consistent about asking after dietary allergies or restrictions. The pork cachu bowl was beautiful to look at and more so to eat."
