"The pharmacist’s are good but the other service is horrible! They seem to have too many workers who don’t seem to know what they are doing. Also there is a total language barrier. Some of the workers at the register can barely speak English. That just makes no sense to me. This is a business and I think folks should at least be bilingual. I left CVS because of poor service. This doesn’t say very much for customer service in this city. Wow!"

"I’ve never had a problem with the PoA at castor and Erie then when they moved ( because of the fire ) I went to 5th st because it’s closest I’ve been going here a few years and I’ve never had one single issue the initial time I went I had my insurance card but not my medical card for prescriptions and I never had insurance like that before I always used one card the guy helped me so much he was able to figure out what I needed for the prescription, then he filled the prescription, while my paperwork was coming through it worked out so well after that I don’t think I’d ever gonna go to another pharmacy I’ve never been to one that never has ANY attitudes , you don’t have to wait and it’s an all around pleasant experience even when I was stressed one day the lady behind the counter helped me calm down it wasn’t about the pharmacy either it was something personal and she could tell I was stressed ! I said this place is like my one stop shop for everything lol I’ll be going here for as long as I need to , never go anywhere else"
