"My mother and I both saw Ashley for over 10 years. Ashley is a fantastic stylist and colorist. She always knew how to highlight and style my curly hair perfectly (which is tricky bc of the nature of how my hair curls). I've since moved out of state and miss Trends Salon. I have a nice salon now, but no one can get my hair as perfect as Ashley could. I also have not found anyone who could blow out my hair (and it stays perfectly straight with no frizz for 3 days) like she could. I highly recommend Trends, and Ashley, to anyone looking for a great Salon and stylist who will handle your hair with expert care and a high level of execution."

"As a woman in my mid 40s, I've been to a LOT of salons over the years. Trends was great! Like, really great. I'd never been before my visit last week and was paired with Nicole (love her!). She beautifully matched my highlights from my previous coloring and gave me a great cut. I was out in two hours (I'm not a fan of 4 hours to get my hair cut and highlighted) and didn't break the bank. I've been looking for something like this for so long! "I have been a customer of Trends Salon for about a year with Darlene being my stylist. Most of my visits she paid attention and did what I had requested to my hair. But the last time I went, which was in June of 2018, I wanted a slightly different style, but little of the length cut off. I brought a picture and did my best to explain to her what I was going for with the look. I got the impression she wasn't really interested, but she had always done a pretty good job, so we proceeded. Unfortunately, I always got the impression she was not exactly interested in me or my hair. I am NOT a modern day movie star look-alike type. I live a simple life, which I personally love, but I am not out to impress the world with my looks or money or anything else. I am me. Somehow I always felt like she really didn't "like me"... we had little in common when we talked. ANYWAY... I left the salon with extremely short hair, maybe an inch long all over my head, and I went straight home to my mirror and cried. There was nothing I could do... it was gone. So needless to say I never went back and have found a different stylist who is awesome!! Not just OK, but AWESOME! Today (2/16/19) is the first cut I have had since that day in June... my hair grows very slowly, so it has taken a while for that length to grow back. Shame on that stylist who paid no attention to what I said. She has been styling for many years... this should NOT have happened."
