"Great latin food, healthy portions. When you order a drink or food here, you'll not be disappointed. The portions are very healthy, if you're not absolutely starving, you'll likely have some leftovers. Locals love it! Try the mofongo, it's one of the few places in the state of Maryland where you'll find it and find it done right. Their smothered burrito is huge and so tasty! You can tell they take pride in their food. Drinks are awesome, they even have jalapeno tequila and a few good latin beers. Their cocktails are well crafted, you'll enjoy their margaritas and mojitos. If you want something else, they're likely to have it or something of similar taste"

"Jessie Jays is the absolute best restaurant in the greater Annapolis area—and, quite possibly, all of Maryland. Their yucca fries, tacos (of any kind), maduros, mufungo, churrasco, guacamole, and burritos do not disappoint. We are particularly enamored by their chicken taco salads. We have been frequent diners since 2019, and Jessie Jays only keeps getting better! This place is a “must-visit”—or take-out—if you happen to find yourself anywhere near Annapolis, Shady Side, Maryland, the Mid-Atlantic, North America, or Planet Earth!"

"BLUF: great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, make a reservation Cute little place that can really only seat 20 people inside. There’s an outside bar and eating area. We started with the Spicy pineapple margarita and the best mojito my wife has ever had. Very good strong drinks. Coupled them with chips and queso which was also good. I had the chorizo taco, nice spice to it and probably my favorite. Also had a very good steak taco and an an okay fish taco. My wife had the carnitas taco which was amazingly flavorful and fresh. The grilled chicken tacos were very good and fresh. Good amount of food for the money. Service was awesome and very friendly. Great place we will come back to"

"We had a gift certificate to use, but we've eaten here before. Their plantains are delicious so I get them every time. The chips and salsa were good. I was surprised we had to pay for them, but my husband loves it so we got it. He got 3 street tacos: 2 short rib & 1 chicken. I got 1 chicken & 1 carnitas street two. It was all very good. To top it off, the 80s music playing in the bar/kitchen was awesome!"
