"Smith pharmacy today feb9th 2023 at 11am was my last straw with this pharmacy it's has gone downhill all about a dollar . Today I went to pick up my medication like I been doing ova 15yrs since 9th st days n a new young lady in front gave me the warning tht she was not given me my medication if I did not have my 2.36 cent copay yes 2 bucks so I ask the head gentleman in charge she shouted very rude and nasty she don't Wana pay copay it's not tht I didn't want to pay honestly situation happen now n days when u find urself broke more than often but as a regular where was I going I come monthly for my medication long story short a gentleman seen how rude n sad the situation was ova 2 bucks he paid my prescription I snatched my medication and left and will never Eva come back there yes ORI and JENN r the best but today that rude nasty disposition of that front person not understanding things happen n it's not that we want to break the rules its that I honestly didn't have it n even offer to come back tomm cause it wasn't a big deal so be prepared for it's all about the money at this point with this pharmacy n it hurt me the most cause I been with the pharmacy since 9th st days but life goes on customer service means more to me than a dollar and I will not give them my business ever again."

"This place has really gone downhill in the last 3 years. People, check your meds when you get home with them. They filled one of my prescriptions with the wrong medication. Very unreliable pharmacy. You can find alot better in the area. The pharmacist Paul is always on cloud nine, and the store manager Jen has alot of growing up to do. As for the owner, David Smith, he doesn't even care about this business anymore. You tell him about a problem and he just shrugs it off. The Pennsylvania pharmacy Board was very interested in my receiving the wrong medication here. An investigation is underway. Numerous times my insurance company was billed for prescriptions that I never received. They have a habit of filling prescriptions before hearing from the customer and if they are not picked up, well that's more illegal profit for the store. They have to be one of the biggest opiod distributors for prescriptions in the City of Philadelphia. As for their delivery policy, its very biased. When I lived in the northeast, their was no problem delivering my 12 prescriptions every month, but when I moved to West Philly, I was told that it was to dangerous and we don't deliver out there. I guess because it's a "black" or African American neighborhood, which they surely thinks it makes it more dangerous than other neighborhoods. Last but not least people, ask yourself the next time you get a script filled here, "Is this my right medication or has another mistake been made?" Run as far as you can from this store people, it's definately not what it seems!!! Also always wondered why only young Hispanic girls only work behind the counter? Seems like some kind of racial profiling to me or possibly something deeper!!! Only David knows!!!"
