Her schedule is very flexible and I’ve never had an issue getting in. I absolutely adore her and recommend her for all of your mani and pedi needs!"

"Tom is AMAZING!!!!! Absolutely DO NOT SEE TINA! Tom & Crystal= AMAZING. You won’t be disappointed. Very attention to detail. Care about their clients and the job they do. I haven’t ever had someone care about my nails like they were their own as much as Tom. Tina did my nails - acrylic and gel fill in under 30 minutes. They were terribly short, uneven and bumpy and not all the same length. She said quantity over quality- no one wants to spend long tim at nail salon. Avoid her at all costs! I think the nail salon is probably rated a 4.0 For a reasons that are not the fault of all Nail technicians or the business in general. It is a very clean wonderful nail salon, and I will never go anywhere else. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never had anyone as attention to detail and good as Tom!!! However, the one receptionist can’t seem to handle writing names in a book beside a time which has been repeatedly happening for months and they really need to find a new one if she can’t do her job. She has been repeatedly messing up peoples appointments by double booking, or saying it was scheduled then you end up not having an appointment. This happened to me twice. It is not the nail technicians fault. But unfortunately if they don’t fix this, people are going to be upset and they could lose business which I hate to see because it is overall a great salon with some really great nail technicians. My friend goes to Tom as well or crystal and crystal is as high quality as Tom she says. I hope they get the receptionist issue fixed so they don’t lose business because they are a great salon and don’t deserve that at all. Despite this issue I won’t stop going there solely because of Tom!"

"My daughter and I have been coming here for a long time. I came in today for a pedicure and I had Crystal. She did a terrible job and I feel like she over charged a lot. She said “you would like the callus remover that comes with it correct? “ I said “yes” then when I go to pay she charges me $10 extra for it. I got the hot stone massage pedicure and she literally rubbed my legs and feet with a warm stone and it was for only about 2 mins of that. She was horrible and very lazy. I’m truly disappointed and when I told the manager she acted like she didn’t care at all."

"Have been going here for years and they do a good job at a reasonable price. However they are unable to accommodate a group bigger than one. My mom and I have tried several times to get our nails done together (with appointments) and they never seat us together or even start us at the same time. It’s a shame but I think we’ll start looking for a new place."

"Everyone working there is incredibly friendly! I usually see Tom because he does such an amazing job on my nails and makes sure to incorporate fun designs! I am always able to be seen even without an appointment. Occasionally I will have to wait some time but that is to be expected."
