"This morning I decided I'd grab the coffee and donuts instead of my daughter for the office. I'm John Aldrich a local business owner and a long time customer of this dunkin. So my issues starts after I pay and leave a cash tip. As I'm handed 4 hot coffee one after another I ask for a drink holder "in my head I'm thinking it's common sense to ask if I need one since I'm one person and 4 drinks in a vehicle but" the girl says all we have is these cardboard folding ones and I'm not putting them in because the top comes off easy. I reply that's poor management someone should have them ordered. At this point I'm a little frustrated with trying to put these coffee cups in these fold out cardboard things and place them somewhere so they don't spill. I had my coffee and my sandwich, all I was doing is waiting for my dozen donuts while I'm taking care of my coffee and this lady leans over the first lady I was dealing with and says please pull ahead and we'll bring your stuff out. Instantly I'm pissed and I say I'm not going anywhere until im done taking care of these coffee's literally as the second lady's head is still in the window They hand out the donuts. So great I have the order and I'm gone. Get to my office 2.5 miles away and hand out the coffee and tell the story and as I'm telling we all take a drink of the coffee and it's horrible burnt which is out of the norm for this dunkin. Right then I call down and talk to the assistant Manager. Told him I was just there and had a issue with the drink holder ect. But this isn't why I'm call problem is the coffee is horrible as well and all three of us agree undeniable He was nice and profesional said he's training assistant manager and to come down and they'd replace the coffee. Five minutes I was down and went inside. As I was parking and walking in I noticed the lady that originally helped me at the window Was pacing back and for outside on her cell. I went in and was greeted by the manager and he apologized about the coffee and I said look sorry I was stern at the window but no drink holders and then asked to pull ahead as I was trying to fix the situation before moving. He said no problem and I said thanks and tasted the new coffee and it was awesome as usual but as I was walking out I noticed the lady that was outside pacing was now inside on the customer side and was still on her cell phone,I heard her saying to the manager we have the right to refuse service if a customer acts like that. I proceeded to my truck and as I was leaving I happened to see this lady one the phone still through the window staring me down. I honked and waved smiling as I was leaving. If I owned this Dunkin this trouble making working lady would be fired on the spot. I was not swearing or yelling I very sternly said I wasn't moving while trying to solve the problem they handed to me in my window. Maybe they would have rather the hot coffee spilt and burned me and I sued them for incompetence and to have my 80,000.00 truck cleaned. I'm not thinking that's a reason to refuse service. I will be contacting the owner over this issue. I don't take stare downs and threats lightly especially from a employee low on the management list."
"Slow, overworked Dunkin. Pro tip, even though drive thru line is long, they usually dedicate 3-4 employees to the drive thru as opposed to 1 or possibly b2 to the counter. So skipping the drive thru by going inside rarely saves time. Spent 15 minutes being ignored at mobile pick up for just 2 donuts that honestly were not worth the wait. Did I mention there's a Tim Hortons across the street?"
"Terrible service. had us waiting for a long time. they knew we were waiting and didn’t even have the decency to say give us a minute. there was two people working and only one car in the drive thru. I’m not sure if they didn’t provide us any service because we were speaking spanish or whatever. the service terrible. the vibes and the way they looked at us were just off."
"The computers were down at 9am. It was extremely hot , they were taking orders at window . I waited a half hour , but the ladies working were very apologetic and polite . They were doing everything they could , working together as a team. Everything was fresh and made right. Thank you ladies!"
