"I don’t care what anyone says—this place is adorable. I went to Pretty Nails earlier in the week to get a gel manicure and regretted it. I should have come here instead. They have DND nail polish which I love. The space is CLEAN. The nail techs have wonderful personalities, and are always laughing and chatting. You feel like you’re among girlfriends here. The place is well managed and I can see leadership cares about protecting their techs time and meeting customer needs. Very refreshing for Baltimore. 10/10 would recommend"

"When I first noticed that they changed the owners, I got excited because I’m always down to support a black owned business. I made my appointment through their online service on Saturday 11/11/23 and the nail tech that I booked with was about 30 min. late. Being that I was desperate to get my nails done, I waited. She finally arrived and did my nails. When I left.. they seemed fine. Literally 4 hrs later, the top coat of my thumb nail came off. The next day, the nail polish on my other thumb and middle finger chipped. I was going to go in Monday to have them fixed, but they are closed on mondays. I called three times today (Tuesday) and no one answered. I am overly irritated bc I paid 50$ for this and already 3 nails are chipped and no one is answering the phone to fix the situation so here I am writing a review. I won’t be returning."

"I walked in and was told the nail techs were booked up and I had a 45 min wait. I waited 45 min the environment was clean and the techs were friendly. Looks to be a new location. I asked for natural pink color with an oval shape to resemble a natural nail. She seemed to take her time. I was charged $67 total."

"Staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. Autumn was very gentle with cutting the cuticles and she made sure my nails looked perfect. Loved the VIP treatment of my pedicure and worth every dollar. Feet feel brand new."
